This year, the gift of giving seems more important than ever in these trying times. St Marylebone Parish Church are partnering with the Harley Street Bid to spread some joy to those struggling in the St Marylebone Community. We are asking if you could support a local child or household by donating a toy or donating funds to provide some much-needed food and essentials to those who are struggling this Christmas.
Fr Stephen Hearn, Chaplain of St Marylebone says, “The cost of living crisis means it is going to be a difficult Christmas for many this year. Your monetary donations will be turned into merry miracles of toys and gift vouchers for food and essential items for the most vulnerable in our community”
These generous gifts will be delivered by Fr Stephen and his wonderful volunteer helpers in the week before Christmas. We are asking you to donate a toy at one of our drop-off points in the area – for more information click here
If you prefer to make a monetary donation you can do this by clicking on our special giving page here and making your donation online.
£15 spread joy, gift a toy
£25 essential care package for a local resident
£50 Christmas meal for a local family
You can donate until Monday 12th December. Please do spread the word far and wide, enabling us to support as many people as we can. It’s a lovely way to share some festive joy.
This year, we will be helping children and families through local schools, youth groups, refugee programs, and those accessing support through local community services.
Thank you for your generosity.
