We are delighted to be taking part in the Open House Festival 2025 with a  welcoming programme of events for all visitors. Join us for guided tours of our historic parish church and a specially designed touch tour for visually impaired people, including blind and partially sighted guests.

Step inside over 900 years of history with a guided tour led by our knowledgeable volunteers. Discover the rich heritage, architecture, and stories that make this building so special.

Toutch Tour: Hidden in Plain Sight
11:00 AM
This guided touch tour is specially designed for visually impaired, including blind and partially sighted visitors to explore the rich decorative language of church architecture through touch and description. Featuring tactile models and textured replicas, the experience brings to life intricate details such as acanthus leaves, fleurons, and cherubic figures—features often hidden high above or subtly embedded in stone and woodwork. Through careful guidance and sensory engagement, visitors can discover the beauty, symbolism, and craftsmanship behind these often-overlooked elements of sacred design..
