Since its founding in 1851, St. Paul’s College has nurtured a vibrant musical tradition. As the first Sheng Kung Hui school and one of the oldest boys’ secondary schools in Hong Kong, St. Paul’s has a remarkable legacy of producing renowned musicians who have left their mark on the global stage.
Choral training has been an inevitable part of church education since the establishment of St. Paul’s College. The College Choir has consistently impressed local and overseas audiences since the establishment of the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival in 1949, earning countless awards in various categories. The choir also served as a distinguished ambassador for Hong Kong, captivating audiences at international music festivals across the globe, from the UK, Germany, Finland, Austria to Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Korea.
St. Paul’s College Choir remains dedicated to fostering musical excellence. By providing exceptional opportunities for its students, the college continues this strong tradition, allowing young voices to shine on both local and international platforms.
