Dennis Page, born 1926, is an established and decorated watercolour artist painting mostly architectural scenes. He has exhibited widely, and has won awards, including the Beautiful Britain award in 1991 from the Royal Watercolour Society.

Page captures the solemn mood of this ceremonial moment by accurately rendering the details of the grandiose chapel architecture. This painting can also be interpreted symbolically.
